This campaign powers our outreach, education, stewardship, and day-to-day operations so we can keep showing up for the land and the community.

Your contribution directly supports the purchase or partnership acquisition of key parcels within the proposed Pagosa West development. These lands will form the foundation of an urban wildlife migration buffer corridor and the future public Nature Park.

This is where legacy takes root. Your contribution becomes part of a lasting fund that safeguards our forests, wildlife corridors, and open spaces in perpetuity.

At Pagosa Springs Friends of the Wild, every contribution helps protect the forests, wildlife, dark skies, and open spaces that make Pagosa Springs extraordinary. The Farmers & Warriors program honors the supporters who help our conservatorship grow — from neighbors who buy a single shirt to donors who build a legacy that lasts beyond lifetimes.
Each tier reflects a unique part of our mission.
Together, they form the community that keeps Pagosa Wild.
(Keep Pagosa Wild Campaign Donors)
When you donate to or purchase from the Keep Pagosa Wild Campaign, you become a Friend of the Wild. These gifts support our general fund — allowing us to maintain an online and in-person presence, reach new supporters, create outreach materials, and keep the organization operating in good standing.
Friends of the Wild help power our day-to-day stewardship, educational outreach, and community engagement. All Friends receive ongoing updates and year-round appreciation as part of our donor family.
(Pagosa Tree Farmers Campaign Donors)
The Pagosa Tree Farmers Campaign is our whimsical, imaginative world inspired by local folklore — starring Tillard, the Pagosa Tree Farmer, and his wife Rosa (short for Ponderosa!). Through their stories, music, and merchandise, we inspire stewardship through creativity, connection, and fun.
Every purchase or donation to the Tree Farmers Campaign goes directly to our Restricted Land Acquisition Fund, helping protect key parcels for the future urban migration buffer corridor and accessible Nature Park.
Each Tree Farmer supporter steps onto the path toward becoming a Land Warrior.
Planting Seeds. Protecting Trees.
(Cumulative $1,000+ to the Land Acquisition Fund)
Reaching a cumulative total of $1,000 in contributions to the Restricted Land Acquisition Fund grants the distinguished title of Land Warrior — the highest active tier of stewardship in our organization.
Land Warriors are honored each year at our Annual Thanksgiving Gathering, where they receive exclusive merchandise, early event invitations, and formal recognition for their commitment to protecting the land.
When our Land Acquisition goal is reached, Land Warriors will be permanently commemorated on the Land Warrior Wall, memorializing those who stood with the forests and wildlife when it mattered most.
Land Warriors embody true servant leadership — standing not for recognition, but for generations yet to come.

(Forever Forests Endowment Fund Donors)
Those who support the Forever Forests Endowment Fund join a visionary circle dedicated to protecting Pagosa’s wild places forever. The Endowment is where legacy takes root — a fund that looks beyond the horizon, ensuring our forests, wildlife, and open spaces remain protected long after we are gone.
Endowment gifts are invested, not spent.
Only the annual earnings support conservation, stewardship programs, and long-term stability — allowing the principal to grow year after year. This creates a permanent wellspring of support that strengthens our mission through every season and every generation.
Forever Forest Guardians help build a legacy that endures, expands, and protects far beyond our lifetimes.
A gift that grows beyond generations.
